Description
Well, he is a classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle villain, Rocksteady.
I should have include his collaborator Bebop as well (Bebop is a "pig-headed" antagonist character, Rocksteady villain partner.) Since I couldn't find much of Bebop's references, and his appearance is way much complicated than Rocksteady's, finally I just draw this rhino guy with his big rifle. 
Very soon after this I will summit a tutorial regarding to this picture's coloring procedure.
The pic is about 15Mb, so I can't upload it using dial-up connection. 
3-day work, done in PS element 6.

I found this picture from youtube at first as I was searching for TMNT bgm musics. I have to say this is one of most awesome versions of Rocksteady or perhaps even best ones that I have seen, I totally like it! Perhaps even so much I'd like to see him kicking ninja turtles' asses
