Oh don't put it to scraps
I think it looks rather nice. Especially love the silver lining on the clouds. Also good is the fact that the overall scheme of the pic is blue, yet you have put in enough subtle variations of the hue in order to bring out other forms, such as the shaded clouds. The moon/planet in the upper right is a good touch, and the shooting stars adds more to the feel of the serene and calm environment of the picture.
Also, if I may, I can see a very artistic interpretation in relation to the picture. The phrase "every cloud has a silver lining" denotes that good can come out of things, giving hope, and people sometimes wish upon shooting stars, so I think it would work as quite a good allegory for Hope.
