I was looking at this picture on my BLEACH calendar, and I noticed that he looked as though he were impersonating Uncle Sam, who recruits for the Army and such. I used MS Paint for the text, and scanned my calendar pic.So, here is Byakuya Kuchiki recruiting for the Academy. ^.^
