I had an OC (because that's what they callΒ it when you make up a guy now) named The Boomtown Brawler back in City of Heroes. Most of his costumes were very serious blue collar stuff based on Batman or whatever, but one costume was bright purple and green with little shorts and a tiny cape, and the shirt had those buttons.Β It was his Saturday Morning Cartoon uniform. Very meta.
