Description A bit of information on Water, Wind, and Snow Islander eggs. These are the only Islanders that lay eggs. :3

I will be making a reference for Fire and Earth Islander babies so look out for it.

If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask. :3

Woah!! This is super interesting and in-depth! I find it especially cool that even though wind & snow islanders lay eggs, they still experience pregnancy.

This is interesting~
Man, when Levi and Flurry become a thing and have children (I might have already designed them, might need to draw them some more), I think Levi would be really confused about the whole egg thing as I doubt he ever bothered to learn how not every islander gave birth. And then would be freaking out because he has no idea how to deal/take care of eggs.

how come some islanders lay eggs and others don't? Aren't they all subspecies of the same dragon type?

Think of them like sharks. Some shark species lay eggs but others give birth.

ah, thanks for clearing that up ^^. But isn't it weird/cool how some animals give birth and others lay eggs even though they are the same species? (so to speak)

No problem!
Yeah I find it really awesome! That's why I incorporated it into the Islander species. :3

not many people do that so its nice to see a sort of refreshing take on a dragon subspecies! Also, I've mentioned this before, but since I didn't get a response I don't think you saw but...are we still god for that art trade that you agreed to a couple of months back? I can understand if you're too busy though...

I'll have to give you a rain check on that art trade... sorry. I'll be starting my summer term on Tuesday and I might not be free to do art for another month.
