It had been on his mind a lot recently, a nagging feeling, a question burning in his being. Suvash was on the rooftop , he couldn't get Kid off his mind . The Wyngling had been doing so well and had seemed much happier with him. The more time Kid spent with him the more Suvash couldn't help but feel a parental surge. Being a father scared him but he couldn't see anyone else adopting.kid given his history. After a long talk with Ivy...the older male decided to ask Kid what he wanted.

Kid's time with Suvash has been amazing. He couldn't believe how much he was learning and how much fun he was having during his training. It definitely made him a little upset whenever he had to go to the nook but he understood. He always has. Kid couldn't complain though. He has the best teacher. If it weren't for him, he'd probably still be stuck in the nook, fighting and feeling miserable. Kid was happy now.

Suvash took a deep breathe and would let out a whistle. Ena his runeboo came by and he commanded " Kid fetch!". The runeboo chirped and scuttled off to find Kid and bring him to the roof.

Kid was by the trees that surrounded the house. He was climbing some on the taller trees. He almost reached to the top of one before he was interrupted by the little Runeboo, Ena. Whenever it came looking for him, it usually meant that Suvash was calling him so he slid down the tree's trunk and followed the little pet.

Ena would scuttle back up to the roof and curled up beside Suvash, letting out a yawn. Suvash wouldn't move, his heart was beating faster than he wanted. Why was this so scary.

Kid grunted as he climbed up the posts to the roof. He saw Suvash was waiting for him there. "I'm here!" Kid dusted himself off. "What is it? Do I need to do something? Cuz if I do, I'll go put my scarf away."

" Uh no. Come sit" Suvash said in a rather uneasy tone " we..need to talk." He patted the free spot next him.

"U-um ok..." Kid felt a little scared now. He took a seat on the spot Suvash had patted then looked at him with a worried look. "Did I do something wrong?"

" No no. You didn't do anything wrong at all. But this is a ...kind of serious talk. " Suvash looked down at Kid then " honest answer...do you like it here? "

Kid was slightly relieved but still a little nervous. The question was easy to answer though. "Yeah, I really like it here! I love coming here!"

Suvash nodded and scooted close to Kid , putting an arm around the smaller red male. " You know..I've been thinking lately. You have been doing so well...and you seem way happier than when I first met you. "He looked back to Kid " What if....you actually stayed here. Indefinitely...or...maybe, be more than my student?"

Kid's brows and ears shot up. He wondered if Suvash had asked what he thought he was asking. Just to be sure he was wrong, he responded with a question. "L-like a full time student? Or like... like an apprentice?"

" more like..uh...family..my son?"

Kid quickly stood up and backed up a little. " You... you want to adopt me?"

Suvash looked at him " before you run off ...let me finish. Yes I do want to adopt you. But in the end it is your choice. You can live here...we will build you a room...and we would train together and do a whole bunch of stuff." He sighed " The offer is there for you if you want it."

Kid was shaken by this. He didn't expect anyone to want to take him in. Then again, why wouldn't he want to be adopted? If it had been any other Wyngro, Kid would've said no immediately. He's been afraid of having another parent, one that may leave him...again. Another Nina... But this was his mentor. Suvash knows him already and Kid idolizes him. Kid felt both betrayed and overjoyed. He just wasn't sure how to respond. His eyes started to water and his weak knees and voice were shaking. "I love it here... I really love learning from you..."

" Come here..." Suvash gestured with a soft tone " Bring it in".

Kid ran to Suvash and hugged him tight around his neck. It was the only way he could give a strong enough hug. He started crying softly.

Suvash smiled and hugged him tight enough and would warm his body up slightly. " I take it that's a yes?"

"The HECK it's a yes!" Kid sniffed. His voice was caught in these weird crying hiccups. "I. didn't. just. freakin cry. cuz I thought. it'd be fun!"
