The streaks coming from it. But the eye too, I guess, it's always a good idea to learn about different styles.

Um, I think for the streaks I just got the gold color and just put a small bit of it around the eye. Then I went to Filter--->Blur--->Motion Blur in my Photoshop program. Then I think I used the smudge tool to fix it up a bit? I can't remember exactly
