156 Layers is pure torture
This took forever. Started some days ago, but now its complete!
So, a bit of Seth's past. I keep changing his back story 
And all those sentences....were not supposed to be their originally. Was supposed to be very depressing, STILL DEPRESSING saying "No hope, No Love, No Justice, No MERCY. I don't deserve it. I don't deserve ANY of it." But somehow, it went to "You do deserve this, You need love, You need friends, you are needed." Flip flop BUUUTTT. Its still depressing A friend of mine said all the words that other people would say to him would not really stick to him, sorta ignoring them (Maybe that's why they are so faded while his are bold?)

Well, first I actually drew this traditionally on two different pieces of paper

This thing sure is impressive. That summarizes it nicely but let's get more in depth here, or at least I'll try, no guarantee I will achieve >_> Use of black--amazing. I always struggle with black in drawings. Seems like it kind of eats the outlines of other things. However you have just the right amount where we can see everything and it still is good and dark in the most perfect of ways. And those little DETAILS. Like the cracks/scuffs/ etc on the headset thing, or the marks on the clothes. The colors of red variety for the words of varying sizes works amazingly too. Totally like a movie poster or something! Actually the whole scene set up here reminds me of that "really cool poster or advertisement or whatever" to get you to come see the epic movie or the epic whatever it is, game? I dunno lol. Just an epic something |D That gives you a glimpse of what goes on, but keeps it nice and vague to perk one's interest.
So much emotion flows through every aspect of it. The use of angles, fantastic, colors as well as I mentioned. I think the particular images you chose to put together to convey this, did wonders too. And of course I love the up close image. That eye X3 love. Anyway c: Really great job. I'd say all those layers were well worth it although HOLY CRUD that's a lot. C|
