I stayed up to 4 AM coloring this XDD I am so tired right now. ANYWAYS THOUGH, he’s back!! The last time he was drawn was back in 2009, as seen here- [link] The FACTS info below is for "in game encounters" and what would happen if he was in the Pokemon game series.

Name: Kayne Rajiv (KAYN-Raw-jiv)
Name Meaning: N/A (Kayne Means “Acquired,” Rajiv means “Striped.”)
Gender: Male
Age: Late teens/Early 20’s
Family: Vallen Rajiv (Father) Lauren Richman (Divorced Mother) Kai Richman (Adopted Brother)
Love Interest: N/A.
Status: Single.
Diet: Eats lots of high protein foods. He eats mostly meat products. Hates sour foods.

Personality: Kayne is a reserved man. He is antisocial and sounds quite aggressive when he speaks. He is one to hold grudges. He prefers to be left alone, but does not mind the company of his younger brother, Kai. He is a totally different person when he’s around Kai, kind and a big softy…but when it comes to other people, he gives them the cold shoulder and treats them completely different. When he is not around his brother, he treats as if everyone is beneath him, almost like he is putting on some type of act when he’s around his brother. Kayne and Kai are really close and trust each other with everything. His loyalties lie with his family and his family ONLY. He does however have some issues with his Father and fights with him every time they meet. He has trust issues with people other than his family. He is a serious battler and will do anything possible to win a battle. He mostly uses brute force in battles and never gives his opponent time to rest with his barrage of attacks. He pushes his Pokemon past their limits in battles and trains with them every day. He is a very driven individual and will keep working on his goals until he succeeds. He is not afraid to kill those who get in his way of his goals and is not afraid to die to do so. Only his Pokemon and family can make him smile, or even the thrill of a challenging battle.

History: When Kayne was around 8 years old, his Father and Mother one day traveled to the Kanto region and brought back a brother for the young Kayne. At first, Kayne was wary of his new brother, but they soon became really close. Years after though, the parents divorced and separated the close brothers, because of this, Kayne is mad at his parents for doing such a thing; always starting fights with his very strict and cold father. As soon as he was old enough, he enlisted in the military with his Luxio and has not returned back home since. During serving his time, Kayne made many friends in his platoon. One day during a routine check though, most of his friends were killed by an invading group. Kayne himself barely escaped with his life that day, when he was attacked by a highly aggressive Scizor, but thankfully, his Luxray took it out before it had the chance. After that day, due to this injury, he keeps his face covered up because of the horrible scars. This incident is what drastically changed his personality today.
Bio:
After the war, his views about humanity became distorted. He believed that only Pokemon were the only true beings that you can trust. From what he saw, they never started wars; they would never intentionally attack you to kill. It was their Masters that made them what they were. So after the war, he started his own group against the “Dark Hearted Ones.” With his younger brother Kai by his side, it was easy to tell which humans were bad and which were good, because of some type of physic ability.
Kayne travels around often, out searching for a place where he can be at peace from the darkness of the world. In every town, Kayne is seen as a nuisance due to his extreme views on humans. Most people avoid him for this reason.

Facts:
The on the character sheet means “First Pokemon.”
Kayne’s first Pokemon was a Luxray that he named Lucian. Lucian is a rough looking Luxray with un-kept spikey fur with a mean streak to others. However, he is a big cuddler and loves his master greatly.
Only his Luxray has a NICKNAME.
Kayne is a bit Power Hungry.
Kayne got his blue striped tattoo’s back when he was in the war. These marks showed which platoon they belonged to.
Kayne Rajiv was supposed to become the heir of his Fathers Gym as soon as he retired. But due to not really getting along, Vallen still remains Gym Leader to this day.
Kayne acquired the Zapdos as an egg back in the war. The enemy group was gathering Pokemon eggs in hopes to train them to dominate society one day.
Kayne's only Pokeballs are the Camo Balls, that have a high catch rate. He received them from his days in the army.
Kayne talks loud due to the loss of hearing in his right ear.
Kayne is blind in his right eye.
Kayne does take medication for strong hallucinations he gets after the War. The blow to his head might have caused some brain damage, hence the sudden urge to rid the World of those that he protected while in the War.
Kayne was born in a city near Thunder Mountain, where he used to train his electric type Pokemon.
When the Player (Robin) first meets Kayne, he is arguing with two other people. He will notice you and ask you to join his Team, but so will the other two as well. If you refuse, you are seen as the enemy to him.
Kayne wants to catch a Raikou.
Kayne is known to start fights with others.
