The silver haired royal’s coronation ceremony went without a hitch; it was just before dawn when the event took place. His mother, the Lady Adelina Von Silverstein, crowned her only child just as the sun rose, to symbolize a new era under his rule. Days prior to his coronation, the young King-to-be had officially announced his engagement to the young Lord Kolten Von Everhart to rule by his side and unite the two territories. By nightfall, there was a grand party thrown in the main Everhart estate, in honor of the new Mazoku King of Tarius. Many territories allied with Tarius arrived to celebrate this joyous event; the space was filled with numerous people as music flowed throughout the chattering bodies.

“Your sisters are very tenacious this evening Kolten.” The silver haired King chuckled, as he watched the young women race about the dance hall, bombarding every man in sight for a dance.

“Well, I am the youngest and first of my family to become engaged, my King,” a brunette Mazoku spoke, a large smile was upon his face as he watched his eldest sister, Verina, a woman with dark red hair, try to pry the younger ones off of an unfortunate guest. The young man snorted in embarrassment at their actions. The King and Kolten were standing against a wall, watching the party unfold before them. This was the first time all evening they had actually been alone…well, alone as a King was without having his body guard Godfrey, who was scanning the crowd just a few feet away on his left, could be.

“Oh stop it Kolten, your my fiancée, there is no need for such formalities...you never used to bother with them before I was crowned.”

“That’s because you were no one special back then, and now look at you,” Kolten joked, his green eyes glanced at Logan, a small smirk played on the young Lord’s parted lips.

Logan gave his fiancée a hard stare before his expression became mischievous, humming, “Hmmm, watch your words Kolten, or I might just have you thrown in the stockade~”

“I would like to see you try my King~” Kolten retorted, he shook his head lightly and continued to smile, not looking his King with his half lidded eyes. Logan’s throat rumbled with a playful growl as he buried his face on top of Kolten's locks breathing in, “I like a challenge~” Kolten leaned his own head against Logan’s furred cloak, both let out a soft laugh. Godfrey, Logan’s body guard, a tall man with pale blonde hair, rolled his eyes and crossed his bare arms as he kept to his job of protecting the newly made King.

‘Pah, couples, they were so strange.’ He thought to himself. Was he going to have to endure this the whole night? He couldn't wait till this death trap of a party was over and done with.

A soft violin began to echo the room, hushing the chattering mass as everyone began to look to the King.

Seeing this, Kolten backed away from the silver haired man, leaving Logan to push himself off the wall and stand tall before his people.

“And now, the first dance!” A small man with short black hair called out, motioning towards Logan to come to the middle of the dance floor in a worried sort of way. Turning to the brunette, the young Lord extended his hand to Kolten, his blue eyes locked with Kolten’s green hues. “Looks like were on, would you do me the honor and dance with me?”

Kolten was whole heartedly embarrassed, as all eyes went from Logan to him in an instant, “I-I-uuuhhhh…”

“It’s alright Kolten,” Logan whispered. Kolten took in a deep breath before taking his fiancées hand, letting him guide him across the marbled floors, his red cape flowed behind him. He could feel the guest’s eyes burn into him and hear his sister’s gossip and giggle to each other. The young Lord began to sweat, as Logan tightened his grip on his hand to reassure him.

The two were the center of attention as Logan and Kolten took their place in a clearing on the dance floor. Everyone waited with baited breathe for the two to begin the dance for the evening. Out of all the people, why did he have to fall for a King?

Kolten felt Logan’s hand wrap itself around his waist, drawing his body closer to his own, making him jump. Kolten’s face quickly grew flushed as he fumbled with his hands positions. He had never been so close to his Prince…his King, in front of people before, and he was panicking. The silver haired man wove his fingers in between Kolten’s clammy ones as he stood straight, still holding his gaze on the younger man. The music had faded away now, leaving the room silent.

“Just –focus…on…me…” Logan cooed, “show me what you have learned, my beloved.”

The music then began to softly start up and the two began the dance. They glided softly across the floor, in step to the soft tune that flowed from the instrument. Logan’s eyes never strayed from Kolten’s, and he quickly lost himself to his blue pools as he led him along the smooth surface. Before he knew it, the song had ceased, and he was still staring in Logan’s now proud gaze. Kolten blinked a couple times before he pulled himself away from the King, lowering his head in a bow, the crowd began to clap.

And then the music picked up again, with another slow song. Logan smiled lightly at Kolten, as he raised himself off the floor. People began to move out to the dance floor with their own partners and begin to dance.

“You did wonderful, I might say your better than me, I taught you well,“ the Mazoku Lord mused, a slight blush was upon his face as he pulled Kolten back into his embrace for another dance. Without a word, Kolten nodded his head, still lost in the moment; his face was red as he responded quietly, “Well, I couldn’t ask for a better teacher.”

“GAH SISTER! I SAW HIM FIRST! HE’S GOING TO BE MY DANCE PARTNER!” A girl complained, her arms were wrapped tightly around a muscular arm of another unfortunate victim. This time however, it was none other than Godfrey, whose face was flushed red with dread. “NO! HE’S MINE! Isn’t that right Godfrey dear?” a girl with short hair and a pale pink dress spoke, grabbing onto Godfrey’s other arm, and the two began a tug of war match with the man. Purple hues screamed "SAVE ME!" at the two young Lords, but they ignored him as they continued to dance. “Sisters please! Leave the poor man alone!” The elder yelled, rushing to her younger sisters to help Godfrey out. “You just want him for yourself! But he’s MINE!!” Another said.

Kolten’s face distorted as air blew out from his nose in an attempt to stifle his laugh.

“Godfrey seems to have his hands full,” Logan said in a hushed laughing whisper, hearing the commotion that was going on just behind him. “Just keep dancing, if he can handle ten soldiers with just his bare hands, he surely can handle your four sisters.”

Mazoku (魔族 literally meaning 魔(demon/devil) 族(race/tribe/group)?) is a species in Kyou Kara Maou that is born with unusual powers. They are closet what is known as "Demons" in English. The Mazoku in Kyou Kara Maou look completely human aside from their unusual beauty.

If there are some errors with the writing, forgive me, because I have a huugggeee headache

After 4-5 days of work, I finally finished this drawing!! I wanted to make a speed paint of this, problem is, it’s such a long recording, at top speed, it’s about 30 minutes of footage still So I have no idea what to do with that I tried REALLY HARD to get the Kyo Kara Maoh style down right with this!

My least favorite sister is the one with the blue dress. She WOULD NOT cooperate with me~

Now my next task is to name each of them and design a couple other characters So be prepared for more drawings with them~ I also realized Kyo Kara Maoh is not a really popular anime, which is quite sad, because I love it! SO MORE ART TOWARDS ITTT!!
