Uh oh.It seems I never scanned this XDDD!!! This was drawn sometime in October back in 2011. He is one of the characters that appears in "City of Wolves," a Wolf's Rain based story. Now it's just called "In Search of Paradise." His name is Cyrus, which means "of the sun," or "lord." When I make his official ref sheet, I will add more info then~
