Personality/Bio: Vector is a Pokemon bred for the soul purpose of fighting. He is quite aggressive and loves when others fear his power. He loves the thrill of the chase and killing those he comes in contact with. He loves being in charge and bossing other Pokemon around. Those who refuse him fall to his mighty claws. Instead of showing hate towards the Scientists, he is actually quite grateful to them. Before, he was a weak Pokemon and thanks to the humans help, he is now the most feared weapon of the notorious Team Rocket.

FACTS

Due to the experiments done on him, he no longer looks like your average Umbreon.
Vector is much taller and has a thick build compared to the sleek Umbreon, due to all the DNA types injected into his body.
Vector is an experiment Pokemon owned by Team Rocket.
His front legs came from an unfortunate wild Absol who fell victim to the Dark Pokemon's training.
