Detention. It was the 3rd time this week. For being what? 2 Minutes late for class? Boy, Ms. Watson was sure a strict and physco teacher!

Chewing at the end of his eraser, the young teen then began to write.

"If she had it her way, I would probably already be expelled from this school."
Doodles were scribbled all over the corners of the boys work; clearly boredom was getting the best of him.

Aiden's pencil end tapped the desk in a slow rhythm as he stared at yet another blank sheet before him. He didn't want to do this pointless work! He was not getting a grade for it at all! He wanted nothing more than to just get back to his dorm room and play some games before he went to bed. The clock ticked from across the room, the arms pointed to 10 pm.

Aiden whined and rolled his eyes, his left hand clutched his face and slowly slid down, tugging at his skin as he did so. He breathed in deeply and began to work again, but it soon became apparent that he was getting no where anytime soon when his Hamster, Waffles, started to appear in the middle of his Algebra 2 problems. The blonde's eyes slowly began to grow heavy, he kept nodding off from time to time as the clock ticked away.

The time now was a quarter to midnight. Aiden groaned, he dropped his pencil and clutched his head, shaking it furiously from side to side. When was she going to come back already?! His stomach growled loudly in the silent room.
"NNNNGGGHHH," he groaned and slumped over in his chair, his forehead making contact with the desk with a "Klonk."

"Ugh, I am going to be here all night," Complained the young man, closing his eyes again.

"Tick-tick-tick."

"Ka-chak...Krreeee."

Aiden's head bolted up at the sound, his heart raced as the door to the class began to open. Aiden wasted no time, opening his mouth, he immediately protested, "Hey! Did you forget I was in here or something?! I have been in here for 5 hours already teach!"

The figure at the door stopped for a moment at the sound of Aiden's voice, then proceeded to enter.

"Ms. Watson can I PLEASE go now? I served my time! I will never be late to your class again I swear-!"

When the person turned the corner and came fully into view, Aiden was surprised. A large grin spread across his pale lips.

"Oh Seth thank heaven! I was about to go out of my mind here!" Aiden smiled, letting out a sigh of relief, he then stretched his arms out, yawning," Have you come to break me out of this hell-hole?"

The black haired man called Seth said nothing, freezing for just a moment before he walked over to Aiden's desk, a serious look on his flushed features.

"Hey your good at math!" Aiden piped, looking down he shuffled the papers that were scattered all over the desk. "Perhaps you can help me with these problems? I'm afraid Ms.Watson won't let me leave until I do..."
Seth's hand glided along the brick wall, pausing briefly at the light switch.

"Click."

The room instantly grew dark, the only light was that from the pale hall lamps that pooled weakly from the rooms door window. The blonde's eyes blinked in confusion as he slowly began to adjust to the lighting.
Glancing to the side at the older teen, Aiden then eyed Seth suspiciously.

"Seth are you okay?" Aiden asked, curious as to why he turned off the lights.

"What are you doing?"

"Where the hell did you get this?" Seth said in a low, deadly tone, something Aiden had not heard from the young man for quite awhile. In his left hand was a crinkled looking envelope.

Aiden looked at the paper clutched in his hand and froze. He weakly smiled and shrugged, placing a hand behind his head, "Looks like a love letter from your boyfriend ~!"

Seth's turquoise eyes blazed in the shadows. Before Aiden knew it, he was being flung back in his chair, papers scattered in every which direction as he desperately made a grab for the table before the seat could slip out from underneath him. The back of his head knocked painfully against the wall, his face tightened from the impact. Aiden's eyes snapped closed instantly, teeth clenched, "DAMN SETH WHAT THE-"

"QUIT WITH THE BULL REEVES! I FOUND THIS IN YOUR ROOM!"
Seth was looming over Aiden in a threatening stance. One hand was clenched tightly on the desk that was pushed against Aiden, backing him into a corer so he could not escape."Wha?" Aiden paused, his green hues then widened.

"WHY WERE YOU IN MY ROOM SETH?! DID CHRIS LET YOU IN!"

"THAT'S NOT THE POINT-"

"You know, if you REALLY wanted to check out my underwear drawer you could have just asked~" Aiden smirked, knowing it would probably just piss him off more.

Seth's eyes narrowed. The pencil near his hand easily gave way into two different pieces in his fingertips. Bad timing.

"AW GO TO HELL REEVES!" Seth spat, slamming his fist into the wall above Aiden's head, making him flinch. "I'M SERIOUS. WHERE THE HECK DID YOU GET THIS???"

Aiden held his tongue as he stared defiantly back at Seth.

"TELL ME. WHY WAS THIS IN YOUR ROOM!" Seth barked in a frustrated tone as
Aiden started to grow un easy under his powerful gaze. He turned his head to the side, as to not look his friend in the eye, "I found it..."

"WHERE?"

"........"

Seth's spiked black hair swayed as he shook his head. Eyebrows furrowed, he hissed at Aiden, "Just forget it." Aiden began to sink in his chair. He felt so small compared to the mass of muscle that was Seth. The last time he was in this situation with Seth, he was getting the living crap beat out of him and was on his way to the hospital.

"Why-"Seth growled, glaring daggers at Aiden, "Why would you keep this from me? WHY DAMN IT!" Seth yelled, his face almost beat red now.

"WHY?"

"BECAUSE. You already lost your WHOLE family- I didn't want you to know about..." Aiden stared back at Seth, pity in his eyes for his friend, "I just didn't want to see you hurt-"

"SO, WHAT? You were wanting me to have false hope that my sister was still out there, alive and well!?"

"SHE COULD STILL BE ALIVE! You don't know that for sure!"

"TCH!"

Aiden cringed.

"The last letter SHE sent me was about her not being able to send letters anymore-come to find out, it was YOU who I was talking to this WHOLE TIME! IS THIS A GAME TO YOU? HUH!" Seth bellowed, kicking the desk.

"I just wanted to get to know you better-"

Seth snorted in disgust, his face inched closer to Aiden's.

"You are SICK REEVES. The world would be better off without your smug grin in it! I should have never agreed to be your friend- I never wanted to in the first place!" Seth yelled, "I SHOULD HAVE LEFT YOU THERE TO DIE REEVES! MY LIFE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF WITHOUT YOU! "

There was a pang in Aiden's heart.
"You know what-" Seth growled, " Do me a favor, never speak to me AGAIN. Matter of fact, I don't want to see your FACE AT ALL anymore."

Aiden was taken a-back by Seth's words. With wide eyes, he stared at Seth, mouth hung open in attempt to make a plea for his case, but there was only silence as bitter tears started to run down his smooth face, a rare sight for the usually energetic boy.

"I SHOULD HAVE NEVER TRUSTED YOU."
