Finally some new art :3
ABOUT TIME, HUH?
Forced myself to finish this today xD

My half of the trade with both of her snow leopard character, Kira, and of her cougar character, Iris.

I thought they'd look cute together in a picture like this, so I did them both in one picture But I quite like the way it turned out. >.>; Though, the scanner did screw with the colors some, the cougar is kinda darker, more sandy colored, her eyes aren't as bright either, it also made the bg much more saturated than it is irl o-o;

These two are playing on a fallen tree, Iris is nomming on Kira's tail and Kira's all like "Hey! " The background is kinda supposed to be misty with rainbows reflecting in the mist, which also serve to balance out the color since Kira was more monochrome and Iris is really colorful. The whole picture took so much longer than I thought it would x.x. The rainbow wings took FOREVER and the grass did too. I used acrylic paint for the grass, but my paint is really thin and watery, so it kept being weird and I had to mess with it for hours to get it where it was ok enough to stop. The tree bark also took awhile, I didn't use paint on that, just for the green (which really isn't THAT green irl D I also used my white gel pen for the whiskers and touchups, the white dots kinda represent dewdrops since the bg is supposed to look wet and lush.

Now I'll quit rambling and get on with posting this thing xD
