I bought Affinity Designer 2 here earlier this week for like, 70$, and to learn it, I used a traced base as my guinea pig. I'm quite surprised with how well this app replicates this style of soft cell shading that I really like on Disney clipart. It takes far longer than painting it with an air brush, but man oh man, I love the results.Base is from MaishaBases
