Hahaha there is an episode called "The Paradise Syndrome". Kirk goes to a planet similar to earth and forgets who he is completely. Luckily a group of humanoids that closely resemble North American Natives; more specifically as Spock describes, is a mixture of Mohegan, Navajo, and Delaware tribes care for him and Kirk falls in love with a girl who he agrees to marry!
