This might be morbid (and also might be a topic that has already been brought up but I'm to lazy to scroll through the comments to check and I am also aware that the ribbon in the picture is not yellow) but did you ever read the children's short story Yellow Ribbon from A Spooky Wisconsin Story? This picture reminded me of that story because of the way the ribbon is tied around your neck.

The ribbon is very well done! The braid is a little odd, like a Bavarian farm girl or such, but overall it's a fascinating look for you. You have such a wonderful face (tatas too).

Sorry to say but doesn't it loo a little flat? It doesn't show on the face but at the lower part of the image - and in no reference to your rl physique, it strikes me as it was a little brought in from the left... your right arm, the corset and your right breast all seem to go straight down. I'm certain you noticed, I'm just curious as to what the reason was... in case it is not just my computer playing tricks on me.
Other than that I like the atmosphere overall, the red/magenta light with the. The ribbon - silly or no works very well here. It gives a high level of dynamic to an image that otherwise nails you to the face. Don't even get me started on the lines! I'll leave the makeup to the makeup crew, but will note that the lipstick (lips = the most fixing part of the image) are nearly the same colour and hue as the ribbon (= dynamics).
