The eye level in the picture is off scale.
The plot began. The eyes were clearly taken aback by the sullen boy and could think of nothing better than giving a new friend. (The Eye itself is a friend)
Three eyes are not the most important among the whole heap, it's just that I single them out for my comic book as the three most striking manifestations of the Eye's personality.
We have one who is always serious and afraid that everything will go to hell, the second is the one that came up with a "friend" and is more friendly, the third is just like an eternally smoking grandfather who looks at everything easier.
The eye teaches the boy and entertains him. As long as Mono agrees to be Thinman, the Eye will do everything to make the boy happy.

It makes sense. By the end both were abandoned and left to die. Together they could survive. Together, neither of them would ever truly be alone
