You know me, I like my randomTake it in a humorous, Family Guy-esque way, since the quote was mainly inspired by Stewie. She won't really kill Blos, now honestly...
Done completely by the most inefficient means in photoshop, completely with a wacom, and only about three layers.
She's making a sandwich, and it says in Japanese on the left "make a sandwich, although there's only one slice of bread and a jar of mayo.. but it's one of those weird open-face japanese toast thingies.... yuuuuuummmmmm.....
