according 2 wikia, due to military standards both in real life and fma, arakawa said that if they do like eachother they will no longer be superior officer(roy) and subordinate(riza).

Arakawa never said that. She said she couldn't have them get married or they couldn't be superior officer and lieutenant, basically saying that if they could get married, they would. They like each other, but their main goal and their devotion to each other for their tasks of protecting each other's backs is more important than getting married.

Oh, yeah, in the manga Riza talks about how she was distanced from her father and how she was kinda afraid of him. The manga has a lot more Ishval stuff in it that the anime. I'd highly recommend looking into reading the whole manga, it has a lot of little things the anime cuts out

Yes! I've been following the movie for a while now. I really like what I've seen so far! OH THANK GOD she's not a love interest. XD That was a major turn-off for characters like Noah and Sophie for me. XD
I'm hoping that the Homunculi get a little screen time in the movie, but so far, it doesn't look like it. :<
