~Kirby Pattern~

***DOWNLOAD FOR FULL SIZE IMAGE (so you can print it properly)***

This pattern is free for small-time artists to use, duplicate, copy, borrow from. Just don't clone/trace the pattern 100% with no changes whatsoever and claim you're the artist. Now if you've used this pattern and modified it to make Kirbies with costumes (as seen in games like Super Smash Bros Melee), that would be totally awesome. In fact if you do that, you're going to have to spam me the link so I can peek at your work.

Notes: I made this plush here . If you want to see the final work and visualise how it goes together, this is the deviation to click. I also marked fur direction on the pattern because I used velboa, AKA: beanie baby fur. You may choose to do this, or you may use fleece, or anything in your budget limits. It's entirely up to you. Also, this pattern can be scaled, but not a great deal. It's best size is printed to fit on a normal printer paper sheet. Get your art software to scale it to that if you like. If you decide to scale it beyond that, you're all on your own if things go wrong.

~HOW TO MAKE~

1. Cut four of the "football" pieces.

2. Cut four of the arm pieces, two of each of the feet. Sew the feet and the hands pieces up, leaving the hole seams open.

3. Cut holes on two of the football panels so you can insert your feet and hands.

4. Sew them in!

5. Sew your four football pieces up to make the ball. Leave a small hole on the back so you can stuff.

6. Stuff the plush.

7. Sew up the hole using the ladder stitch, or some other hidden stitch.

8. Print out the face on a printer-transfer, or draw your own.

9. Iron on the face! I use JoAnn Taylor's Quickfuse Fabric Sheets, but you can use iron-on transfers too.

10. Cuddle your new Kirby plush.
