Mai advice OwO:
1. Add more shading and blending de colors together (I EM OBSESSED WITH SHADING ON DRAWINGS O____O!!! I sometimes put waaaaay too much though 
2. Try using paint tool SAI o3o
3. watch drawing tutorials on youtube to learn some tips from dem (dunt copy though ._. just use little tips yew learn and make ur own unique style)
4. Try adding wrinkles to de clothing, if yew need help with dat, look up, say ur trying to draw skinny jeans, look up, skinny jeans on google images or something, and draw dem on ur character 030
5. Make more detailed eyes instead of just dots XD
