Meowth's at it again, trying to scam some kids for cheap money. Or perhaps he's telling little cleffa about the candy in the back of his van....
Anyway I'm super proud of this piece! I Β tried something new and used different thickness of lines on the different parts of meowth and cleffa.I has to do that by hand though because I couldn't find a tool that did that automatically. Does anyone know one? (for SAI)
