Don't you know? All merchants in RPGs had to go through a rite of passage where they absorb a Bag of Holding into their body, becoming one with the Bag of Holding and it's infinite depths. It's easier than hauling all of that heavy, dangerous, and maybe illegal goods over your shoulder in a plain old bundle or random sack.
