She isn't craving attention, she was already taking precautions, and she did well. This is just how the anime is. Every two steps and there's panties, so she was cosplaying the character as it is.

I was wearing 3 pairs of underpants, and a pair of pantyhose. 2 pairs of underpants under the pantyhose, than the striped ones over the top (double stick taped down, so they would not move around.) It isn't like I was just flashing people with no precautions put into place.
