Took about 3 or 4 hours, mostly in the coloring (which isn't as good as I'd like, especially on the skin).Anyway, it's Sami from Advance Wars (Both GBA games and the first DS game), and she was "transformed" from Arcueid Brunsteid of Tsukihime/Melty Blood fame.
