The bald guy is the strongest being in the known universe and can defeat any foe with just one punch. The cyborg wants to be the strongest and will do anything the bald guy tells him to do, hoping he will gain the same incredible strength. So the bald guy tells him to do 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, and run 10K every day in order to gain the same strength. It's probably for naught, but the cyborg will do anything in order to be that strong.
