hmm thats a tough one, in a pokemon match, i think sabrina might have the upper hand.
but there's nothing to say that wesker won't play fair.
matrix vs telekenesis.
okay, i always sit on the fence with everything, but just for you i'll be baised to sabrina.
depending on how strong and how quick her teleknesis is, she may be able to halt wesker and any bullets he fires. if wesker physically attacks sabrina (ie chokes her) i think sabrina will be able conjure up a storm or do something to cease him. if sabrina shrinks wesker into a doll, then sabrina wins. sabrina's telekenesis also has the potential to completely control weskers movements, she can turn his power on himself.
its a mind vs strength scenario.

A challenge... this will be interesting.
In a Pokemon battle, he would use a Dark type/Steel type/Bisharp. Remember: Dark types are immune to psychics unless Miracle Eye is used and Steel types are resistant to them. Also, Bisharp's Steel typing helps counter the Miracle Eye. And Wesker always does his homework. (and before you say "he can focus blast him to oblivion", he can make his bisharp carry a chople berry or a focus sash)
One thing you missed though is that Wesker is not stupid enough to face Sabrina head-on. He always plans ahead. He would use Silph Co. to secretly develop a countermeasure to Sabrina's psychic attacks and use samples of the Progenitor virus and Las Plagas to create a new one. Once he perfects his countermeasure and the virus, he would release the virus, infecting and zombifying everyone. If he is lucky, this happens to Sabrina too, earning him an instant victory. If he isn't, he could ambush her while she was focused defending herself from the zombie army he created. And remember: Saffron City's a vely large city. There would be a huge amount of people and with the virus's near-guaranteed infection rate, the city would become a second Racoon City.
He also has fast enough reflexes to dodge a bullet at point black range and can also move at short bursts fast enough to make him look like he's 'teleporting'. If she were to seize his body to turn it against him, she would have to assault his brain, and he is sick and twisted enough to overload hers while attempting it and hopefully stun her, earning him an opportunity to take her down faster than she can ever realize. He is also strong enough to give her a concussion with minimal effort. Remember: psychics use their brain to do their magic. A concussion would be deadly for her. Couple that with his speed and reflexes and she's dead before you can say 'Chris'.
To sum, in a Pokemon battle, if he has a Dark type and her Pokemon don't know Miracle Eye or a Steel type, she's screwed. Then again, Wesker can counter that Focus Blast you have in mind with a Chople Berry. But in a head-on battle, it would depend on who acts first. And Wesker never fights head-on unless it is absolutely neceseary. It would be more him to turn the whole city against her than duke it out.
And that's it. Feel free to point out any loopholes. And let's sit on the fence on this one, okay? I don't want a flame war; but then again, feel free to humiliate me (but don't do it needlessly!)

Did I mention Alex Mercer IS the virus and not infected like Wesker? In fact, the real Alex Mercer (not the Blacklight virus that thinks he is), is even more of a monster than Wesker. Read here:[link]
Plus, the virus has no concievable brain to speak of, so if a psychic tried to read his mind he/she would find a void.
Also, he can consume his victims and gain their abilities and memories to the dumbest detail, so if he consumed Sabrina, then it's game over.
BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! When he consumes someone, he can impersonate them perfectly. Eye color, skin tone, facial stuctures, everything. Even their CLOTHES. He's a security's (and a paranoid's) worst nightmare. He can also shapeshift his hands into weapons, like this:[link] [link] [link] [link]
