the comments here are fun. People stare at the same techniques day in and day out, but simplify and add lines to it and suddenly you are blowing their mind.
If only they knew just how easy this was to make... Well.. assuming you did it the way I would..

What? You'd create draft lines at 45* angles and move them till you like it. Then trim the outside and merge them. Then fill every other space. Wouldn't take more than 20 min. I mean... It uses the same principals as this [link] only it just uses lines and has no perspective.
