It looks like VistaXP (Black), but the FrameCaption and CaptionButtons (Close, Min, Max, Restore, Help) are cleaner and clearer... That's my opinion.I also like Start Button, FrameLeft and Right because they look like Glass. The Window Border size that I use is 4!!!

No, it's just for XP. I never tried to make vs for Vista.

Generally I like it, but I'd prefer a different colour than "Pink" within the "All Programs" section of the Start menu.
