I know exactly where that is! I bet the kids loved seeing a real live Mermaid in the "Quiet Pool".

hahahaha yes, the younger kids were VERY excited to see a mermaid. I refrained from doing Ariel because I didnt want to step on any toes, Disney is harsh with copyrights

I am super impressed that you reconize which pool this was in from underwater. XD

Stayed at more than a few of the on-property hotels, but the Polynesian used to be our favorite. In fact, we always stay in the Tokela building, which is right in front of the "quiet pool". Who knows, we may been staying at the Polynesian at the same time as you! Although I don't recall hearing about a Mermaid swimming around while I was there. Now I'd have paid to see you scorching down out of the volcano Tail-fin first!

hahaha maybe! I was actually working for Disney when this photo was taken...had free range on the hotels XD I was there Jan of 2010 through Aug of 2010.
hahaha I TRIED to take my monofin in the other pool, but they yelled at me. too many people. believe me, the idea of sliding down that volcano was super tempting!!!

June 19th 2010 to the 26th 2010.
I'd like to talk to you off line if you don't mind about working for the mouse.
My daughter wants to be an imagineer.
I assume you were in one of the programs? I wouldn't mind picking your brain on the subject, see if it's something she should do.

Should have had just big nerdy glasses. Don't touch the bubble though, as it's a trap that will enclose you and keep you a mermaid.
