Description
An Angel of Spring Bearing the promise of new beginnings
I tried something that i always
wanted to do which is mix graphite
with colored pencils a big nono in
art but it's fun breaking rules sometimes
I used graphite pencils and watercolour pencils
for the flowers on 9x12 bristol board
Special thanks to my friend Vion (Doc)
who showed me how to upload mixed
media artworks with my graphic program

It lookes nice but I don't think the colors fit in to the black & white pic. Don't get me wrong it lookes awsome but It's just my point of wiew.

Beautiful!! I never knew that using pencil crayons with graphite was a no-no... i always thought it looked neat

Yes! Rules are made to be broken -It's just more difficult to do it successfully as you have! (There's no light without darkness -no white without black, and no colour without light?)

I think this looks really nice. I don't see why you can't break the rules every once in a while. The colors of the flowers really brighten the picture up.
