I really like this piece. The only thing I would suggest is the hand sliding down her body and between her legs appears somewhat off, as though it's not actually touching her. I think part of it is the thumb, which is a bit disproportionate to the hand, and the shading on the fingers doesn't seem dark enough, since they are "disappearing" into a bit of a crevice.
Just a little constructive criticism, take it or leave it.
