Here is Kain again but animated!When I first created her, I had always wanted to animate her eye but never had the proper programs to do it XD
But now that I'm better and have a good photoshop, I can!
And I did!

Oh boy let's see if I remember XD
Her eye is constantly rotating and if she gets emotionally unstable it stops.
If all the lines line up, she shoots a death ray from her eye XD
Which killed her parents by accident.. The towns people where she lived thought she was a crazy murderer so the tied her up and threw her in the loony bin. Hence her outfit.
