I'm currently working on a BJD with a high fantasy theme (he's an elf, with a cloak, bag of holding, etc). Its sooo hard to find others with the same idea, so I really have to say that when I saw this photo I squealed out loud hahah. I am SO IN LOVE WITH THIS. The cloak! the boots! the horse! the snow! Everything is so perfect and beeeaaauutiful, its breath-taking. Please, please keep on taking these kinds of photos!

He's an obitsu (becaue I can't yet afford the super beautiful ones haha). But he's coming along nicely. Just working on his tiny face-up, and trying to find a perfect wig for him.... sigh. Its so fun. I am so in love with the whole process.
Please do keep taking photos! The dolls are so life-like, your photos could almost be illustrations from a fantasy novel. Its so wonderful. I will definitely be around to see what you come up with next

Well I hope you post pictures of him when he is finished! I love seeing other people's dolls. I can barely keep up with all the deviations from all the groups I watch here. <3 I love the process too! It's so amazing how you can have several people with the same sculpt and they all look completely different, completely different characters

OMG. Okay, that is a long story lol. There is a line of dolls called My Twinn, they're slightly bigger than American Girl dolls. There are (were) two horse models for them, and this one is called Prancer, recently (within the last year or so) discontinued. The other Quarter Horse model is still available on their website, but he is in a standing position.
Anyway, I searched high and low for months and months and months, online and offline. They are only available second hand now! He came brown but I customized him to this blue roan color <3
