This was a PC game by WildTangent released back in the mid 2000's.

You control a little pink alien-looking thing and your main goal in each level is to bounce around to change the color of all the blocks while trying to avoid obstacles like enemies that try to get in your way.
You can get power-ups that help you in levels as well.

Simple but fun game.

This was a part of my childhood when I have gotten my first computer, which was a Windows XP desktop computer.
Tho, this was before I had internet so I would just play games were pre installed trial versions on the computer like the FATE games, Polar Bowler, Bejeweled, BlasterBall etc.

Otto's Magic Blocks was a full game that was found in Windows Media Center on Windows XP along with another game called 'GemMaster 3: Mystic'.

Things were much simpler back then ;w;
