YOUR CHIBI STYLE IS SUPERB<3 I definitely could tell it was a chibi the minute I saw it! <3 I haven't seen Fantasy in a chibi style a lot, which makes me SUPER happy! And even in a chibi style, you got the anatomy perfect and still maintained her personality! AJIOFROIJTGR I love the background and how it looks like it's snowing pretty rough! AND SNOW! EEE I CANT BELIEVE YOU REMEMBERED PFF<3 ILOVESNOWOMW I love how there's different variations to the falling snow, like, some faded, some that stand out more, etc. EE!

I think you did a good job for a chibi, the head and wings are bigger than the rest of the body which is good, because it is supposed to, and it is not too big either so it looks derpy or like a bobble-head doll XD
so all in all I think you did good, I am not much for drawing chibi, so I am no expert, but from what I know and have seen this looks good to me ^w^
