Aaprila was nervous to see this unknown thing outside the mouth of their cave. Inyuyasha was prepared to attack another lion if they had to defend their cubs. ???: Aaprila? Are you here? Aaprila was shocked this thing knew who they were. Aaprila: u-um… how do you know my name..? Wait- *flash back* *screams in the distance* Aaprila: Hello?! Are you ok?! ???: Run! Stampede!! *running* Aaprila: We need to jump in the water hole! ???: we won’t make it in time! Aaprila: That’s why! *she pounces on the cub and they land in the water hole* ???: *cough cough* that… was insane… Aaprila: at least we’re alive, right? ???: yeah, *cough* i’m Amani. Aaprila: Hi Amani, i’m Aaprila, where’s your parents? Amani: they were separated from me in the stampede, what about you? Aaprila: oh, i was just taking a walk. Let’s get you back to pride rock. Amani: ok! Lead the way! *now* Aaprila: Amani?! Oh my god! She hurriedly runs up to Amani and nuzzles her, she returns the gesture, Aaprila: How is Nyellea? Is she ok? Is everyone else ok? Amani: yes, everyone is doing fine, it’s just, the hyenas, they’ve gone crazy! They keep attacking our lions whenever they see one! Now if ever we want to go for a patrol, we have to take 5 other lions with us! Inuyasha was still in the den, he put his cubs down for a second and walked outside. Inuyasha: Aaprila? Do you know this lioness? Amani was surprised to see she had a huge male lion with her and she stepped back and lowered her head a little Aaprila: yeah! This is Amani, there was a Stampede when you were still Nagisa, and she was caught in the middle of it, so I helped her. Inuyasha: ok. I heard about the hyena part, we’ll help. Amani: Thank you! Come on! No time to waste! They ran along the way Amani came, following close behind. The cubs were going to be safe Amani said, she had a friend who would take care of them while they were gone.
