Do you have a scanner? I only started using mine recently, but it improved the quality (overall) of my deviations more than I can put into words. Before that, though, I was using a crappy camera with bad lighting. But, the moral of the story is that a scanner is really nice to have when posting deviations like this.

I really like your shading, especially on her skirt, but her hair could use a more varied sort of shading. Right now, it looks more or less like one color (except for the highlights). You should distinguish individual groups of hair and then use that guide to start shading, with a lot more variation. Also, the hair right around her neck (or rather, behind her head/neck) should be darker since less light generally gets there.

About the taper of her legs (just my opinion), but it seems a bit too much. We want her knees to be strong enough to support the rest of her body!

I'm not sure if you used a reference for this or not, but they seem like they're a bit too far away from each other. To fix that, you could a) make the eyes larger, b) just draw them closer to each other or c) both. If you choose option c, just be careful to not put them too close to each other

Lastly, her fingers seem too short. You might want to find some good references for her hands and whatnot.
