What is "more important" is a question of what do you value more ?

Ocean levels used to be 200m higher, then something happened

the ocean levels dropped and a lot of marine animals went extinct
We now have Ice caps that people don't want to melt
because rich people like to live on the beach, and don't want the ocean rising

to flood their extravagant homes.

Forests used to cover the world, Algae and Plankton used to cover the oceans, Earth used to be tropical
something happened, Tons of biomass died, buried underground and removed from the Carbon cycle of life
Forests are now smaller, deserts are bigger, Earth is colder, we have winter and ice caps now. All that biomass is now fossil fuels.

Fossil fuels that other people don't want to burn, because it would add more carbon to the carbon cycle

because maybe it might make earth tropical again, meaning the ice caps would melt, and the oceans might rise

and houses on the beach would flood.

A larger amount of carbon being returned to the carbon cycle would mean the carbon cycle could support more biomass.
More biomass means more plants, and larger plants, more and larger plants means more food for animals to eat.

More food means no more world wide hunger, no more starvation. Less famine. less Deaths, fewer orphans.

What is more important, Starving children getting to eat more food,

or Beach houses of rich people getting flooded by rising oceans ?

50/50 you're just trolling me, but okay let's treat this as serious for now.

The rich only own the beaches in places where the weather is considered nice enough. There are a lot of oceanside properties that are owned by middle or lower class people trying to make their living off the ocean. So rising sea levels harm more than just the rich as you imply. Also if the beaches moved because of rising sea levels, the rich will be fine. They'll just buy property at the new beach's location. They're insulated against consequences of global warming by their money.

As for a tropical Earth having more plantlife and that just automatically solving world hunger, that's an absurd oversimplification. There is already enough food in the world to feed everybody, the problem is the food not actually being where starving people are, usually because of the actions of their government. Additionally, the nations with the biggest starvation problem tend to be closer to the equator, and are the most likely to become unlivable in your supposedly better future.

On top of that, drastic changes in worldwide environments will destroy so many lives. Pushing populations out of some areas, changing the way everyone has to live regardless of where they are. You talk like you're concerned about the starving and poor of the world, but they're the ones who will suffer. They're the ones who are stuck where they are, who wouldn't be able to afford new starter crops when the crops they depend on now can only be grown farther North now. Biomass doesn't automatically equal food.

for bees the question is do you value bees and the food they pollinate,

or do you value pesticide that harms the bees, and risks future crops?
