That was a hard one to answer exactly. I have made this during my lessons. I guess I have spend 5-7 hours at this, but it it only a guess.

Your welcome, I don't have all my works posted here but once I had to do an abstract drawing with colors and everything, it was about 7 hours too, I couldn't bare my hand afterwards hahahaha, great job, I saw the other ones too, time spent worthy.

Well my drawing "Are YOU a sinner" took me about 40 hours. My hands hurt as well during that process. So I know what you mean. But even through it hurts it is still worth it, and I would do it again. I donΒ΄t know what you think but i believe that those types of drawings takes a lot of patience

The medium. Hmm. I have to admit I donΒ΄t know what they are called in english but here is a photo of what I use most to the black and white drawings [link] Besides that I use colorpencils
