Man, I love elementals. They evoke this primordial passion in me that I find difficult to explain; there's something so right about elements personified in animals, people, or beings. And this one is just epic.

The color palette balances nicely between the warm orange tones and the cooler shadows; the lava outlines its forms well but still leaves enough of the shape to the imagination that it lends a mysterious, dramatic quality to the piece. Everything about this is incredible; I love it!
