jeg bare tulla litt. det er direkte limt inn fra wikipedia. jeg øvet til en naturfagprøve om næringstoffer. -.- alle de faktaene er faktisk limt fast i hjernen min. hver gang jeg ser mat, tenker jeg på hvilke næringstoffer de inneholder.. jeg tror det er første gang jeg faktisk husker stoffet etter prøven!
