I decided I wasn't completely done with Inuyasha. Everything about that has turned out to be the initial coloring just felt and looked so incomplete. Felt like I could do more... And I am so glad I did.I couldn't get the skin tone precisely how I wanted it to be, so I did touch up his face and hand with my copics. I do still need some practice with watercolor, but this is the first time in well over a decade since I've touched them in general. I don't think I ever did an actual piece in watercolor since elementary school.. So all in all, I do love this piece. I honestly hadn't expected the purple to make Inuyasha pop out like he does.
