a reference for fishpaw! after all this time she finally has a proper one, i made it for artfight (my username over there is cloudtail !)

theres a lot of information on here, i wanted to try to cover most of the bases.

ill expand a bit more on the "character" section though!

it hasnt been mentioned yet in canon but fishpaw is a demigirl, she's always been gender non conforming but late last year i wanted to to change her from being cis because it just didnt feel right. ultimately this doesnt change the story very much at all, just some positive additions to it

theres only 8 traits and i honestly fussed over them way too much. ive found it very hard to describe most of my characters personalities with adjectives because they are everchanging. and the way they may treat one character completely differently than another makes it hard to say "yes these are consistent characteristics"
i still wanted to include them as a sort of "pointer" to better understanding her character. plus i wanted to try to describe her character very generally so that anyone who hasnt read my comic may get atleast a loose understanding of her behaviour.

fishpaw in particular goes thru a heck of a lot of character development as the plot thickens and so those descriptions may eventually become inaccurate as she changes for better or for worse.

and lastly, i wanted to quickly go over her friend list!
petalsong, rockfall, and firespots should be a given but she does consider whisperleaf her friend too. they have a very peaceful teacher/student relationship and i think even if they aren't exactly on the same level as her first three friends, she trusts and admires him a lot. cloverfall is a bit of the same way, fishpaw trusts and respects her and she's aware that cloverfall looks out for her and has good intentions.

fishpaw is currently on kinda bad terms with her mom, sandywing, and fishpaw is annoyed with her and for a long while she's only going to want to interact with her in small doses. her grandma springflower is also not on her friend list because they don't really interact all that much and when they do, they have a bit of a personality clash and have a hard time bonding meaningfully. springflower is also often off in her own little world, and isnt one for socializing much to begin with
