I love the concept to this picture! It seems like something that could happen on the show. And I just adore the background! It's sketchy appearance was a nice touch. The red scribbles are nice too. It helps show Eddy's insanity. His hair shows it too. It's also good how your background doesn't overpower the main focus here, even though there seems to be more detail in the background.
The one thing that could be fixed, though, is that the thing Eddy's feet are on could use a thickness, so it doesn't look like a sheet of paper. The wheels could also use a bit of thickening as well. And maybe the strap across Eddy could be curved slightly, so it doesn't seem so flat. But it still looks good, regardless.
Overall, I love this picture! I hope this critique is alright. This is my first critique (other than the ones I make in art class).
