I had strep throat once...it's so painful, you will not wanna eat OR drink anything.
I like how Rusty is all happy in the last panel, but Katti still seems annoyed Cx

It was back when the swine flu craze was happening in Spring 2009, and my school insisted that anyone that was sick should stay home...I MIGHT'VE gotten it, because I had at least three symptoms of it (I definitely remember having a strep throat, fever and chills), and I missed a whole week of school. When you have a strep throat, it will REALLY hurt when you try to swallow...like if you had wasps covering your throat, and they sting everytime you swallow.
I guess I never thought of that, because I've been told that you shouldn't have dairy products when your sick...I'm gonna assume it's at least if your nose is stuffy. Maybe I'll look more into it...

I ment about the dairy Products, and you're not supposed to eat so much of that when you're sick. It is popsicles and sherbet that are good for the throat.

Oh, I see. I usually can only tolerate softer food when I'm sick, like soup or yogurt. Then I knew I had to mostly drink apple juice, but I usually don't really like it unless if it's fresh cider. Popsicles sound like a good idea, and I love orange sherbet C:

I usually don't have such big apetite in the beginning of a cold... i usually eat yogurt or bread, and drink lots of water. I love raspberry sherbet. :>
