is is just me or... does he look like a ghost type pokemon trainer/genie but also looks like he could fit in the legend of zelda? :0

Purple Scapolite. It kinda sounds like scapula, which is your shoulder bone, and they have crystals coming out of their shoulders! It's a stealth pun!
