I've been wanting to do this for a while ever since I saw a texmod of Scumbag Clementine on a TWD video years ago. As a result, I've been curious as to how one could go about doing this. It wasn't until a few months back was when I found out how. Texmod is a program that allows you to collect textures from certain video games so you can edit them as you wish. It worked nicely with TWD much to my delight. ^^ I had a slight problem with it as you have to duplicate the original texture, then edit that texture, and save it. Otherwise the only thing you'll see is the edit you did and the rest is black depending on how much you did not edit.

I tried with Life is Strange and the results were somewhat what I wanted. It took a while for the edited texture to pop up until you got closer. Recently though, this didn't occur as the edited texture popped up without me having to wait. Hopefully it stays that way once I do my Life is Strange parody video I'm working on. Anyways here are a few textures I did.

NPC talking with Stella- If this NPC has a name, I don't know nor do I care. I don't have this re-texture anymore. It wasn't because I didn't like it. It was because her retexture was a test for Texmod.

Dana's Magazine- I explored the girl's dorm looking for this thing. I thought it was in Victoria's room at first. However it's actually Dana's magazine. As you can see it's full of Handsome Squidward. It's easier to just see the texture than the actual thing in-game. Same thing with Max's screen.

Juliet- She has cat facial paint on. Looking at it now, it sort of looks like Duck's facial paint except his is black and white. Anyways, my plan for Max's classmates were to make Blackwell a school for clowns similar to how I will make characters from TWD clowns. I might not anymore as there are so many people to retexture. I'll probably just retexture the NPCs with names or ones important to the plot for instance Chloe, Joyce, Madsen, Kate, and so on. No Rachel Amber retexture for obvious reasons.

Victoria's Poster- Some guy replaced with Thanos. Why? I've been seeing a lot of Tik-tok meme videos with him in it. The guy in the picture sort of reminded me of him so I used him. I wanted a different picture but I couldn't find the one I wanted.

Max- The makeup isn't perfect but I think this is the closest to "good" as I can make it.

Max 2- Facial Max cuz why not. Originally I did retexture her PJs but I ended up with the wrong one. So I have to grab the actual one. The frustrating thing about that is that there are multiple copies of certain textures. The smaller ones are the ones you don't need unless they're background NPCs. I sometimes have trouble because some textures take up nearly the whole scene. Once I find it, I'll retexture it among other things.

Cellphone Screen- SpongeBob is defiantly one of my favorite childhood characters. Besides the memes are pretty funny. In case anybody is curious, this, as well as another SpongeBob related retexture, was created before the passing of Mr. Hillenburg.

Sticky Note- This is a retexture of the various sticky notes (?) that can be found within the hallway. If you walk by too fast, you'll miss it.
