Description
A leopard dude, quietly trailing the owner of that feather through a steamy equatorial forest. Something older, from 2002. At the time this was the most complicated digital painting I'd ever done. It's definately still among them, though I've learned a few things since then - and upgraded my hardware such that it's much less of a pain! (Photoshop was never too happy on my old Mac PPC/G3...)Related content

Original idea, well executed.
The light passing through the glades among the leafs is precious. Colors are great as well as the anatomy.

Beautiful lighting on this. It is great thet you have apatterned subject in a patterned BG and dappled light and in spite of all of the potential distaction the image is clear and strong. Not an easy piece, great work

Fantastic paintwork, there's a great deal of realism in the textures and the way the sunlight finds its way though the dense leaves. And who knows, evolution might make this one become real in time

Watch as the hunter goes in for the kill. He stalks his prey so efficiently by using only a small piece from the catch. anyways yeah it looks really good. The coloring is very nice and you made the pattern on the jaguar good too.

Such an amazing painting. Really catches your eyes to see hands of man on a Leopard. ->the pupil on the eye of the leopard is kinda small to me; don't know if that can be fixed. Great lighting effects. I luv it.

This is gorgeous, the lighting is so well done. You can almost feel the moisture in those leaves.
(I had a race of leopard people made up for a book I wanted to write and this is almost exactly how I wanted to be able to portray them. Not good enough yet though ^_^)

What I love most about this is the dappled lighting. You really get a sense that you are right there with the character. The background is also stunning. It's amazing this was done so far back! Congrats on a well-deserved DD
